Camel's Hump--Vermont's 4th highest (and most-climbed) peak


Originally called Le Lion Couchant (French for crouching or sphinx-like lion) and then Camel's Rump by later English settlers, it was changed to Camel's Hump by Victorian sensibilities. The idea was flawed.
